LOCATION  

Our executive home is located in a quiet residential area just off highway 192 in Kissimmee.  This area offers very quick and easy access to Walt Disney World which is a fifteen minuet drive away with all the other major attractions a similar driving distance and Orlando International Airport just 20 minutes away.  

THE ACCOMMODATION  

Our luxury three bedroom two bathroom home is fully air-conditioned with a burglar alarm for your complete peace of mind, and sleeps up to eight people and a baby.  The villa has a beautifully furnished lounge with a queen size sofa bed, this leads on to a separate dining room.  The fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast nook with table and chairs and the family room comes complete with two love seats and a three seated sofa, coffee tables, bar stools and colour TV with cable television and VCR.  Through the patio door in this room you will find our private screened heated swimming pool and gardens.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, colour TV., walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with marble circular tub together with a double shower cubicle.  There are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.  In addition there is also a Utility room with a washer and drier with a connecting door into the double garage.
